Click here and select the dates you are interested in. Select the bike you like from the list of available bikes and also select the pickup location of your choice. Fill in few essential details like email address and phone number. After that, we will send you an email reconfirming your selected bike, dates and pickup location and you will the payment link. Your reservation is confirmed after you make the payment.
The following documents need to be submitted before renting a ride:
Valid driver’s license to ride a motor-vehicle with gear, in India. (For international visitors, a valid driving license from their home country with International Driving Permit is necessary along with a valid Visa. Original to be brought, copy will be retained for record.)
1. A copy of your Passport (OR) Original Aadhar Card (OR) A test mail from your corporate e-mail ID.
2. Rs. 5000 either in cash or swipe from your debit or credit card (Refundable Security Deposit)
If you’re a student, following are the documents to be submitted, in addition to a valid Driver’s license–
1. Original College ID
2. Original Aadhar card
3. Rs. 5000 either in cash or swipe from your debit or credit card (Refundable Security Deposit)
Note: Dalhousie Adventure reserves the right to hold back the booking if the documents submitted are not satisfactory.
Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment. You will receive an email from Dalhousie Adventure confirming your booking and the address of the pick up location.
If you cancel the booking the refund would be made as per the following schedule- i. Less than one week – No refund ii. One week to two weeks – 50% refund. iii. More than two weeks – 95% refund. If we cancel the booking due to break down, non-availability of the bike or any other reason then we provide 100% refund of the rentals received.
The rider has to be at least 25 years of age to rent our premium bikes which are 500 CC and above and 21 years of age for bikes below 500 CC.
No, fuel is not included in the rental.
There is requirement for cash deposit of Rs. 5000 which is refundable
Penalty for delay in returning the bike: All bikes are due back at the time and day agreed as per the booking form. If the hirer returns the bike beyond the time specified in the booking form he shall be charged three day’s rental as penalty. If you suspect that you will be late, please extend your reservation by email us at info@dalhousieadventure.com or call us at 8894149999 to avoid the penalty. We will not be able to extend if there’s another confirmed reservation for the period
You will have to send a mail to info@dalhousieadventure.com referring to your booking ID. The refund would be as per the cancellation policy.
The refund will take up to 7 working days after getting an approval for refund and receiving your bank details.
Yes. The speed limit for all bikes is 80 kms. Rs. 500 will be charged for every violation of the speed limit.
You will need to fix the puncture or Tube replacement if needed and there will be no refund on such repairs as it is does not fall under maintenance issue but riding conditions.
