If you think you have what it takes to conquer one of India’s most dangerous highways, you could test your mettle on the twisting, nerve-wracking mountain path known as the Cliffhanger of Himachal, which leads to Jammu. Cliffhanger is a 114-kilometer high-speed route that is part of National Highway 26. The Cliffhanger is definitely designated for the brave-hearted and adventure addicts, as the roads are terrifying enough to scare you to death.
The Cliffhanger, also known as the Kishtwar-Killar way, is a terrifyingly high mountain trail in Jammu’s Kishtwar district. The 114-kilometer stretch between Kishtwar and Killar is a narrow, winding road that is considered one of the world’s most treacherous.
The Pangi valley in Chamba district is a serene, tranquil region inhabited by a tribal tribe of only 17,600 people. It is located at 7000 to 11000 feet above sea level. The 14500-foot Saach Pass facilitates tourism and transportation in the valley by offering sufficient roadways for everyone who wishes to visit. Because it snows heavily the rest of the year, it is only available between June and October.
On the Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas, Sach Pass is located at an elevation of 4,500 metres (14500 feet). It connects Himachal Pradesh’s Chamba Valley/Churah Valley with Pangi Valley. Pangi Valley is arguably one of Himachal Pradesh’s most secluded regions, and thus nature has retained its virginity. Sach Pass is roughly 127 kilometres from Chamba and 175 kilometres from Dalhousie.

Day 3 : Early morning ride from Baragarh to Sach pass and arrival at killar. Overnight at Camp / Hotel / Home stay in Baragarh
Day 4 : Ride from Killar to kishwar and arrival at doda. Overnight at Hotel / Home stay in Doda
Day 5 : Ride from Doda to Padri jot and arrival at Dalhousie. Overnight at Hotel Dalhousie and return of Motorbike
Day 6 : Proceed for onward journey
